The 18-year-old singer had previously declared that his new album "Believe" will be a full step from his previous titles, and a variety of potential partners will help him to screw onto new heights, reports Contactmusic.
One of the employees to the west to be Bieber bodyguard Kenny Hamilton reported that the couple had worked together.
"The finishing touches on the album and it's gonna be special!" Hamilton posted on his Twitter page about Bieber's album. He also has a link to a picture of Bieber and West together with the post office. PTI AYM BB

First May 2012, (SAWF News) - Justin Bieber will have the video premiere of boyfriend, believe the lead track from his upcoming album to clock 07.50 ET, Thursday, May 3rd on "MTV First: Justin Bieber."After the premiere, Bieber discuss the album and Colin Tilley directed video with Sway Calloway of MTV News Boyfriend 'for 30 minutes.
Following the release of the track earlier this year, Justin has been compared to Justin Timberlake.
In an interview with British Capital FM, said Justin. "It's cool That's not what we are going, but have the comparison so you can not go wrong."
